Director
Steven is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the planning, design, delivery, and management of highway and infrastructure schemes across both the public and private sectors.
He has played a key role in delivering complex projects, combining technical expertise with strategic oversight to achieve high-quality, sustainable outcomes.
Beyond project delivery, Steven has contributed to the profession through his involvement with professional institutions. He has served as a Chartered Professional Reviewer and has been a guest lecturer in highway engineering at both universities in Northern Ireland, supporting the development of future engineers.
Works Manager
As Works Manager for Tennants Bitumen, Ursula oversees operational delivery, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance are maintained. She works closely with operational teams to drive performance, support continuous improvement, and maintain a strong safety-first culture. Ursula’s leadership plays an important role in ensuring Tennants Bitumen continues to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions for customers across the roads and construction sector.
Ursula joined Charles Tennant & Co NI in 2021 as HR & IMS Manager, where she worked closely with senior leadership to strengthen compliance frameworks, enhance Health & Safety performance, and support the development of robust management systems. Her contribution helped reinforce operational standards and support continued business growth across the organisation.
